      Vi er inne i en hektisk sesong med virale luftveisinfeksjoner. Respiratorisk syncytialvirus (RS-virus) er den hyppigste årsaken til bronkiolitt hos barn. Pediatriveilederen er tydelig på at perorale glukokortikoider ikke har noen plass i behandlingen av bronkiolitt og at det sjelden er behov for antibiotika.
